Payments
Everything about getting paid: connecting Stripe, what it asks for, and what to do when a payment does not go through.
Start here if something is not working
Settings in your park admin has a Test my payments button. It asks Stripe whether your account can actually take a card payment, and names anything outstanding in plain English — usually faster than reading through these pages.
Go to SettingsGetting paid: how it works
Guests pay by card at the moment they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account and out to your bank.
Finishing your Stripe setup
The setup form was started but not completed, so Stripe will not process payments yet.
Adding the bank account you get paid into
Stripe can take the payment, but has nowhere to send the money.
Business details Stripe still needs
Something about the business itself is missing — its type, name, address or company number.
Identity checks and documents
Stripe needs to verify a person — usually proof of identity, date of birth or address.
Your Stripe account is restricted
Stripe has paused payments or payouts on the account until something is resolved.
A guest's payment failed
What the common card failures mean, and which ones you can do something about.
Getting ready to take bookings
Payments are one half of it. This is the rest of the checklist.
