Your Stripe account is restricted
Stripe has paused payments or payouts on the account until something is resolved.
Why this happens
Most restrictions are simply overdue paperwork: a document Stripe asked for and has not received by their deadline. Some are a review Stripe carries out on its own account, which needs nothing from you. A small number are decisions Stripe has taken about the account.
If it is overdue information
- Go to Settings, then Continue Stripe setup.
- Supply everything marked as needed — Stripe lists them together.
- Run "Test my payments". Restrictions of this kind usually lift within minutes of the last item being supplied.
If Stripe is reviewing the account
There is nothing to do and nothing to fix. Stripe completes these on their own timetable. Bookings still work — guests can reserve, and you can take payment on arrival in the meantime.
If Stripe has declined the account
Stripe does not always explain in detail, and we cannot overturn their decision. Contact Stripe support directly from your Stripe dashboard, and tell us at the same time so we can set your park up to take payment on arrival while it is sorted out.
Check it for yourself
Open Settings in your park admin and press Test my payments. It asks Stripe directly and lists anything still outstanding. It changes nothing, so run it as often as you like.
