Business details Stripe still needs

Something about the business itself is missing — its type, name, address or company number.

What has happened

Stripe is legally required to know who it is processing money for. If one of these is blank, payments stay switched off until it is filled in.

What to have ready

  1. Whether you trade as an individual, a sole trader, a partnership or a limited company.
  2. The legal name of the business, exactly as it is registered — not your trading or park name if those differ.
  3. The registered address.
  4. For a limited company, the company registration number.

What to do

  1. Go to Settings, then Continue Stripe setup.
  2. Complete the business questions.
  3. Run "Test my payments" when you are back with us.

If you have entered it and it is still asked for

Stripe sometimes rejects a detail quietly — most often a business name that does not match the registration, or an address that fails their lookup. Re-open the setup form and check for a highlighted field before assuming it saved.

Check it for yourself

Open Settings in your park admin and press Test my payments. It asks Stripe directly and lists anything still outstanding. It changes nothing, so run it as often as you like.
