Build your menu with categories, items, photos, prices, and modifiers. Mark items as 86'd (out of stock) in real time. Add allergen information. Set seasonal or time-limited menus (e.g. breakfast only before 10am).
Unique QR per pitch zone
Generate printable QR codes for individual pitches, pitch zones, or your café tables. Each QR pre-populates the delivery address so your team always knows where to bring the order.
Order notifications
Kitchen display pings when a new order arrives. Your admin panel also shows a live order count. Guests receive an order confirmation by email and can check their order status on the page.

Food ordering questions from campsite operators
Do guests need to download an app to order?
No app download is required. Guests scan the QR and the menu opens directly in their mobile browser. The ordering interface is a progressive web app — it works on all smartphones without installation.
Can I restrict food ordering to certain pitches?
Yes. You can enable food ordering site-wide or for specific pitch zones only (e.g. glamping pods and electric pitches, but not the tent-only area). You generate unique QR codes per zone and each QR pre-populates the delivery pitch.
What if an item runs out mid-service?
You can mark any item as "86'd" (out of stock) from your admin panel or kitchen display in real time. The item is immediately hidden or marked unavailable on the guest-facing menu. No guest can order it from that point forward.
Can I have multiple menus — e.g. breakfast and evening?
Yes. You can create multiple menus and set serving windows for each — breakfast available until 11am, lunch 11am–3pm, evening menu from 5pm. Guests automatically see the relevant menu for the time of day.
Does the kitchen display work on an existing tablet?
Yes — the kitchen display is a browser-based app. It works on any tablet or monitor that can open a web browser. No specialist POS hardware is needed. An iPad on a counter stand is the typical setup.
Is the food ordering module included or charged separately?
Food ordering is a module that can be added to your subscription. It carries a small monthly fee in addition to the booking platform base plan. A platform fee per food order (similar to booking fees) also applies.
