When all pitches of a type are full for requested dates, guests can join a waiting list rather than walking away. If a cancellation opens a pitch, the system automatically contacts the first guest on the list. You capture demand you would otherwise lose entirely.

Export your pitch availability as iCal feeds and import from third-party calendar URLs (Airbnb, Hipcamp, Booking.com). External blocked periods from imported calendars prevent double-bookings automatically. Available as part of the Vacation Rental module.

On cancellation, offer guests a credit voucher for a future stay instead of a cash refund. Guests redeem the voucher at checkout. You retain the revenue, the guest has a reason to rebook. Admin can also issue vouchers manually as a goodwill gesture.
